ACHIEVEMENTS:

2018-19:

  1. Chief Minister’s Online Public grievance portal has been introduced (https://grievance.tripura.gov.in/).
  2. Installation of suggestion box in all the District Administration Offices, SDM Offices, Police Stations, BDO and all the District Level Offices and Office of the Head of the Departments. 
  3. Online IPR has been introduced for all State Cadre Services.

2019-20:

  1. Chief Minister’s Civil Service Award was organized on 10th July, 2020. 16(sixteen) Awards in different categories for Excellence in Public Service, District-wise were awarded. The award winning districts are West District, South Tripura District, Gomati District, North Tripura District, Dhalai & Sepahijala District.
  2. Citizen’s Charter for transparency livelihood has been declared by 28(twenty) Department.
  3. Total 145 nos. of COVID-19 related public grievances were disposed off in a time bound manner.
